{"id":13470,"date":"2020-05-08T15:58:13","date_gmt":"2020-05-08T13:58:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rivenditori.stringhetto.com\/cookies-with-whole-fruit-of-cranberry-and-peach"},"modified":"2020-05-08T15:58:13","modified_gmt":"2020-05-08T13:58:13","slug":"cookies-with-whole-fruit-of-cranberry-and-peach","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rivenditori.stringhetto.com\/en\/cookies-with-whole-fruit-of-cranberry-and-peach","title":{"rendered":"Cookies with Whole Fruit of Cranberry and Peach"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This week we bring you a recipe for these just-right &#8220;love&#8221; cookies for Mother&#8217;s Day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">You can shape it any way you like, we chose flowers and hearts and two brightly colored compotes: <a href=\"https:\/\/con1.serverdm.it\/stringhettoit\/shop\/tuttafrutta\/mirtillo-rosso\/\">Tuttafrutta Cranberry<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/con1.serverdm.it\/stringhettoit\/shop\/tuttafrutta\/peasca\/\">Tuttafrutta Peach<\/a>, but for those with a sweet tooth we also recommend our chocolate <a href=\"https:\/\/con1.serverdm.it\/stringhettoit\/shop\/creme\/bianco-e-fava-di-cacao\/\">spreads<\/a> such as <a href=\"https:\/\/con1.serverdm.it\/stringhettoit\/shop\/creme\/bianco-e-fava-di-cacao\/\">White Chocolate and Cocoa Bean<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/con1.serverdm.it\/stringhettoit\/shop\/creme\/fondente-arancia\/\">Dark Orange<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/con1.serverdm.it\/stringhettoit\/shop\/creme\/bianco-e-fava-di-cacao\/\">Spread<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/con1.serverdm.it\/stringhettoit\/shop\/creme\/fondente-arancia\/\">.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><u><strong>Recipe for 20-25 cookies<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>  100 g butter 200 g flour 50 g potato starch 1 whole egg 1 egg yolk 2 level teaspoons baking powder 100 g sugar 1 vanilla pod 1 grated lemon peel 1 pinch of salt  <\/p>\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n<p>  Get a large bowl.<br \/>\nCreate a fountain with the flour sifted with the starch.<br \/>\nAdd the eggs, sugar, butter, grated lemon peel, vanilla bean pulp taken from the pod, and pinch of salt.<br \/>\nFinally, add the baking powder.<br \/>\nStart kneading from the center, slowly incorporating the flour.<br \/>\nTurn the dough out onto the board and knead it with your hands until you create a nice smooth, compact ball.<br \/>\nLet it rest in the refrigerator for an hour.<br \/>\nAfter the dough has rested in the refrigerator, take a rolling pin and start rolling out a fairly thin layer.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, turn on the oven to 180 degrees.<br \/>\nTake molds of your choice and start shaping the cookies.<br \/>\nDo this until you run out of dough.<br \/>\nOn half of the created disks make a small hole in the center.<br \/>\n(We helped ourselves with a cork if you don&#8217;t have a stencil).<br \/>\nBake for about 15 minutes.<br \/>\nTo adjust, as soon as you see the cookies start to brown, take them out of the oven.<br \/>\nOnce cooled, comes the fun part, which is the filling with our Tuttafrutta Cranberry and Tuttafrutta Peach preserves.<br \/>\nPut on a generous layer of jam and compose the cookie.                  <\/p>\n<h2>The extra gear<\/h2>\n<p>  Using our Tuttafrutta compotes will make your cookies special for two reasons: the colors and the flavor.<br \/>\nTry it and let us know! <strong>#string<\/strong> <strong>#restiamoacasaecuciniamo<\/strong> #augurimamma <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week we bring you a recipe for these just-right &#8220;love&#8221; cookies for Mother&#8217;s Day.
